Hey Whitney, you're quite right, they weren't relevant to the group in the least, but as the submitter is a member I never had to approve them. It was not an active decision on the direction of the group at all...
Since setting up the group I haven't had much time to administer, and generally let it tick over in its own way. I have asked if anyone else would be interested in joining the admin team, and if you'd like to then I'd be more than glad for you to take a more active role.
There isn't so much a team, as a nothing, really... The quality of the work is entirely down to the member's submissions- I very rarely intervene... (I think I've sent the invite... not 100% sure it went...)
